Q. What are the fees?
A. Fees are normally charged per pallet, package or subscription at the client’s option.

Q. When can we get started? 
A. Subscriptions can be easily made via phone, e-mail or online from our website.

Q. How is payment done?
A. Via Credit Card, cash, cheque or PayPal

Q.  Once I have my  subscription # from Border Mail Services and   have registered with  the USPS, (United States Postal Service) what is the proper way to address all letters or packages?

A.  All letters and packages must be addressed as follows:
